NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wahluke School District No. 73, Grant and Yakima Counties, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special Board Meeting on July 12th, 2023, commencing at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, the Administration Office building, located at 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 (“Special Meeting”). The regular meeting scheduled for July 11,2023 has been rescheduled to July 12,2023. To ensure compliance with the Open Public Meetings Ace (Chapter 42.30 RCW), the Board will treat the meeting on July 12,2023 as a special meeting, and provide notice of the Special Meeting as required by law. The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following items:
Consent Agenda
Conduct public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed issuance of a non-voted limited general obligation bond (the “Bond”) pursuant to RCW 28A.530.080.
Resolution No. 02-2023 which authorizes the District to issue, sell and deliver the Bond to pay costs of making capital improvements to school facilities and carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080.

Por la presente se notifica que la Junta Directiva (la "Junta") del Distrito Escolar Wahluke No. 73, condados de Grant y Yakima, Washington (el "Distrito") llevará a cabo una reunión especial de la Junta el 12 de julio de 2023, comenzando a las 7 :00 p. m. o tan pronto como sea posible, el edificio de la Oficina de administración, ubicado en 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 ("Reunión especial"). La reunión ordinaria programada para el 11 de julio de 2023 se reprogramó para el 12 de julio de 2023. Resolución Núm. 02-2023 que autoriza al Distrito a emitir, vender y entregar el Bono para pagar los costos de realizar mejoras capitales a las instalaciones escolares y llevar a cabo otros fines autorizados por RCW 28A.530.080.
