NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wahluke School District No. 73, Grant and Yakima Counties, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special Board Meeting on April 16, 2024, commencing at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, the Administration Office building, located at 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 (“Special Meeting”). The regular meeting scheduled for April 23, 2024 has been rescheduled to April 16, 2024 at 7:00 PM. To ensure compliance with the Open Public Meetings Ace (Chapter 42.30 RCW), the Board will treat the meeting on February 20, 2024 as a special meeting, and provide notice of the Special Meeting as required by law. The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following items:
Consent Agenda, Overnight Trips, Out of State travel, Surplus Sale and carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080.

Por la presente se AVISO que la Junta Directiva (la “Junta”) del Distrito Escolar No. 73 de Wahluke, condados de Grant y Yakima, Washington (el “Distrito”) celebrará una reunión especial de la Junta el 16 de abril de 2024, a partir de las 7 :00 p.m. o tan pronto como sea posible, en el edificio de la Oficina de Administración, ubicado en 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349 (“Reunión especial”). La reunión ordinaria prevista para el 23 de abril de 2024 ha sido reprogramada para el 16 de abril de 2024 a las 7:00 p.m. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de las Reuniones Públicas Abiertas Ace (Capítulo 42.30 RCW), la Junta tratará la reunión del 20 de febrero de 2024 como una reunión especial y notificará la Asamblea Especial según lo exige la ley. Se convoca a la Asamblea Extraordinaria con el propósito de considerar y resolver los siguientes puntos:
